I stumbled on this one after only having a few vegetables leftover from my last trip to the grocery store. I smashed them all the together and the drink turned out GREEAAAT! Really, this drink has so much good taste to it. You really have to be careful with the ginger. I believe that it is critical to get just the right amount so it doesn't taste to strong, but at the same time you really need enough in there so it evens out all the beets and red cabbage. Follow the picture I took above, that amount is almost perfect. I seriously think this vegetable juice drink is my new favorite. It even beats out Mean Green Grapefruit.
