I picked up a sore throat/cold a couple days ago so I thought this would be a great chance to go back to the Immunity drink and post it on my website. I posted about it before here and here. I thought this one would be really powerful with all the lemon and ginger, but the garlic really tamed it. I noticed that the recipe I posted earlier barely had any vegetables, so I doubled the carrots and celery. Drank the entire thing no problem. It wasn't the best I've had but went down fine. I found this drink from my handy dandy Juicing Bible by Pat Crocker.
